  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • OY Jewells reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Product images shown on the website are for representation purposes; actual product color or finish may slightly vary due to lighting or display settings.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly through our official website.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation.
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order through our secure payment gateways.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days depending on your location.
  • OY Jewells is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Replacement Policy

OY Jewells follows a strict replacement-only policy.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds. A replacement will only be provided if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect; and
  • You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening the package; and
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Products without a valid unboxing video or that show signs of wear or use after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

7. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate.
However, errors may occur. If we discover any inaccuracy in your order details, we reserve the right to correct it and inform you accordingly.
