1. Shipping Policy

At OY Jewells, we take pride in delivering your precious jewellery safely and on time.
We partner with trusted and reliable courier services to ensure smooth and secure delivery across India.

⏱️ Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment.
  • During festivals, new launches, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

🚚 Shipping Time:

  • Standard delivery across India usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
  • You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

💎 Packaging:
All our products are securely packed in premium, tamper-proof boxes to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.

📦 Delays:
In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen courier or weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.
However, due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we follow a No Return Policy.

We only offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • You provide a clear unboxing video as proof, showing the package being opened from start to finish.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order via email or WhatsApp.

Once verified, we will send you a replacement of the same item (or a similar product if the original is unavailable).

⚠️ Products without a valid unboxing video or that show signs of wear or use after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

3. No Refund Policy

We do not process refunds for any orders.
Only replacements are offered for eligible cases as mentioned above.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
