Refund & Cancellation
1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with OY Jewells.
Every piece of jewellery we create is crafted with care and quality. Please read our policy carefully to understand our terms regarding cancellations, returns, and replacements.
2. Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any orders once delivered.
As all our jewellery items are made, packed, and quality-checked with precision, we cannot accommodate returns for reasons such as change of mind, size, or personal preference.
However, we do offer replacements in the following rare cases:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.
- A clear unboxing video is provided showing the package being opened and the issue in detail.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product (or a similar one of equal value if unavailable).
⚠️ Please note: Items without a valid unboxing video or that show signs of use after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
3. Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
If your replacement request is approved, we will send a replacement item — no cash, card, or online refund will be processed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it, and we will do our best to assist you.
5. How to Request a Replacement
If your order meets the replacement criteria, please contact us with:
- Your order number,
- A clear unboxing video, and
- A brief description of the issue.
