2. Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.
However, due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we follow a No Return Policy.

We only offer replacements under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• You provide a clear unboxing video as proof, showing the package being opened from start to finish.
• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order via email or WhatsApp.

Once verified, we will send you a replacement of the same item (or a similar product if the original is unavailable).
