Exchange Policy:

No Refunds Policy: At OY Jewells, we strive to provide the highest quality handcrafted jewelry .
Due to the personalized and delicate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing the purchase to ensure complete satisfaction.

Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges under the following conditions only for orders from India:
• Eligibility: Free exchanges are allowed once for orders over ₹999 within 48hrs of delivery.
Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• Exchange Process: For orders eligible for free exchange, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at no extra cost to you.
Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you.
• Exchange Fee: For orders below ₹999, an exchange fee of ₹100 will be charged.
This fee covers the cost of reverse pickup, new delivery, and handling charges.
• Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged due to shipment, we will offer a free exchange irrespective of the order value.
Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item, and we will arrange for the necessary exchange.

Our team will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth exchange.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items: Please note that items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange.
Additionally, custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
5. Customer Satisfaction At OY Jewells, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, our team is dedicated to resolving any issues with your order. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns, and we will do our best to assist you.
6. No exchanges for orders from outside India. We carefully pack after doing quality checks.
Replacement & Exchange:
• You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements.
The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns.
• The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
Exchange Process:
• You can initiate a exchange request from our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process.
• Once you have booked the exchange request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner.
• In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up.
• In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further.
Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured.
