At OY Jewells, we take pride in our handcrafted jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds Policy: Due to the personalized and delicate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing the purchase.
Exchange Policy (India Only): We offer exchanges under the following conditions for orders from India:
  • Free exchanges allowed once for orders over ₹999 within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • For orders below ₹999, an exchange fee of ₹100 applies
  • No exchanges for orders from outside India
Exchange Process: For eligible exchanges, we arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchanged product. Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery at +91 8482859816 or support@OYJewells.com to initiate an exchange.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, we offer a free exchange regardless of order value. Contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item with details and we will arrange the exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Used, altered, or non-original condition items are not eligible for exchange. Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Process Details:
  • Initiate exchange request from our website or through Customer Support
  • Be available for reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner
  • If unavailable, the process must be re-initiated
  • For empty/missing parcels, contact us within 48 hours with a 360-degree unpacking video
Cancellation Policy:
  • By Customer: Cancel before dispatch by logging into your account. For shipped orders, contact Customer Service at +91 8482859816 Prepaid orders will be refunded within 4-5 days.
  • By OY Jewells: We may cancel due to out-of-stock items, incorrect pricing/description, address issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Prepaid orders will be refunded within 4-5 days.
